German knife brand Böker announced new casual folding knife Böker Tucan, in collaboration with German design master Wilfried Gorski. The knife wil be a part of the Robust Collection. The knife uses new technology in blade extraction mechanism, designed in accordance with the requirements of German standards.
According to information from the developer, Böker Tucan knife effectively combines the manual extraction method with an automatic spring-loaded mechanism. To activate the internal mechanism is necessary to press the button under the axle, which frees the spring and releases the blade and partially remove it. Further, the blade revealed exclusively by hand. To fold the knife, you must press the button again to release the lock.
Blade Folding Pocket knife Böker Tucan made using stainless steel Böhler N690, which meets the parameters of hardness of 58-60 HRC scale units. To create a stylish, comfortable and relatively easy arm uses the lining of the titanium alloy inserts completely black carbon fiber. Cover plates are fixed with steel bolts Slotted Torx type.
