If you are living the active lifestyle you probably don’t want to spend too much time cooking and prepping food, but you have to. Or you can buy fast food, which is absolutely not desirable and not healthy. If you are an athlete you can drink various nutrients like Protein, L-Carnitine, and Vitamin B. However, the nutritional supplements are not real food which you get to chew. The founder of Element Mitch Brinton has decided to close the gap and provide macronutrient meals for athletes which do not require cooking. All you need to do is to add hot water to the ready meal that is it.
I know that does not sound as real food either. However, Elements uses the fresh vegetables cooking in the farm and frozen immediately. As a result, by the time you consume your food, there will be more fresh nutrients preserved compared to cooking from vegetables from the store. If you buy vegetables from the store, they are not completely fresh, as they have lost the half of their nutritional value. It is because farmers pick up vegetables when they are green and by the time it reaches the store, it becomes ripen.
Elements macronutrients contain no preservatives, no artificial flavours and chemicals. It is a real food, which was frozen for you beforehand. Preparing the meal is very easy too. You just need to add hot water to the inside of a container and wait for 12 minutes. You can stir and shake while you are waiting. After 12 minutes, you can enjoy your fresh food.
Currently, there are 5 packed meals which you can purchase. Another 15 will be available once the project is funded on Kickstarter. Needless to say, the product has already hit the Kickstarter with three times more amount than it was planned.
