Hublot Releases Meca-10 P2P Watch and It Can Only Be Purchased with Bitcoin


If you are a bitcoin millionaire, here is the exclusive limited edition luxury watch designed by Swiss Luxury watchmaker – Hublot. The watch is available only in Bitcoin. It was designed to celebrate the cryptocurrency’s 10th year anniversary.

The luxury watch is called the Meca-10 P2P. Costing around the equivalent of $25,000 on the current Bitcoin value, the watch features 45 mm micro-blasted black ceramic case, HUB1201 manufacture caliber, a skeleton movement offering an exceptional 10-day power reserve. It also has 10 ATM water resistance and available in black rubber and dark blue straps.


However, even if you are a bitcoin millionaire, you will still be performed the background check by the company. Hublot only made 210 pieces of the luxury watch as a reference to the 21 million global Bitcoin limit.

According to Bloomberg, it has already received over 210 orders for the device.  Every application will be subject to pre-screening for money laundering and suspicious illegal cryptocurrency possessions.  Once you are approved to get the watch, Hublot will engrave the unique bitcoin transaction number to the calf straps. Ricardo Guadalupe, the  CEO, told Bloomberg that Hublot is planning to release a second cryptocurrency-exclusive series by the end of the year.
