This spring, collection of camping tents from the brand Salewa replenished with several new series, including series three season Litetrek and Litetrek Pro. The new models include single, double and triple versions. Tents stand out being a lightweight, water-resistant, durable and resistant. They are designed to be used directly in the mountains. Right enshrined tent can withstand wind gusts at a speed of 90 km/h or more.
Litetrek Materials and Structure
The basic version of the tent has a double layer structure. The outer tent constitutes of rip-stop polyester with double-sided polyurethane processing (up to 3000 mm ID. V.). The bottom features nylon material of the 70th-density with the double-sided processing of polyurethane (up to 5000 mm ID. V.). Similarly, the inner layer uses rip polyester-stop and mosquito nets.
In contrast, Litetrek Pro Series differ with the outer layer. Specifically, it uses rip-stop nylon 20th density (up to 3000 mm ID. V.) The bottom has a water resistance up to 10,000 mm ID. The frame of both Litetrek and Litetrek Pro tents use ultra light 7001-T6 and 7001-T6 aluminum arcs.
Overall dimensions Series Litetrek and Litetrek Pro tents are identical, the only difference in weight.
Both hiking tents are available only in one embodiment of the color performance -light gray/cactus. The recommended retail price is between 290 and 500 euros respectively.
