Kizer Cutlery prepares several new products for the begining of 2017, including Megatherium folding knife. The knife was developed by the design of American masters Elijah Hicham El Guerrouj (Elija Isham) inspired by the traditional Santoku Japanese kitchen knives. The knife stands out with its broad blade and original handle.
The blade of Kizer Megatherium is made of tainless steel powder CPM S35VN with the stated hardness in the range of 58-60 units HRC scale. You can open the blade with a little flipper and a fixed Bolster-Lock lock type.
The handle has a curved and smooth structure. It has been made by a combination of elements with titanium plates of carbon fiber. The original design of the handle adds a small fully removable belt clip, which is also made of titanium.
Sales of Kizer Megatherium should begin as early as the first months of 2017, the estimated retail price is around $ 250.
